Karen Niemela

The Monadnock Region is home to Karen Niemela. Living in Dublin with her husband and three school-aged children leaves her perfectly poised as a local expert.

Originally from northern Vermont, her roots run deep in rural life and farming. She has a BS in Equine Production from the University of Kentucky and then, years later, a master’s in education from Keene State College. She has spent her career years in Agricultural Sales and Teaching, at the high school and college level.

As a lifelong equestrian, farms, barns, and land are part of her fiber. With her husband, Caleb, a locally admired timber frame custom home builder, they have built beautiful homes, and that knowledge transcends to her work as a REALTOR®.

On the community level, she has been an active member of the PTO, the Dublin Recreation Committee, the Beech Hill Dublin Lake Watershed Association, the Dublin Gas Engine Meet, and serves as an officer for the Contoocook Valley Board of REALTORS®.
